Shipping Policy — Sirvan Perfumes

1. Processing Time
All orders are packed and lodged with Sendle within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as the parcel is collected.
2. Flat‑Rate Delivery (Australia‑wide)

3. Delivery Terms
- All parcels are tracked & insured for loss or damage in transit.
- Orders over A$300 may require a signature on delivery.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven't received the parcel, contact Sendle first, then email us within 5 days so we can open an investigation.
4. Damaged Items
If your perfume arrives damaged, email sirvanofficials@gmail.com with photos of the outer box and product within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund once the claim is approved.
5. Returns & Exchanges
Unopened bottles can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please see our Returns Policy for full details. Discovery sets and samples are final sale.
